ABOUT GRAPES MEDICAL
Curiosity with purpose.
Engineering with care.
We develop software and explore medical-device ideas around the problems people actually face. Our first question is simple: how can this make their work or experience better?
Useful results, careful engineering and respect for the user guide what we choose to build—and how we improve it.

WHAT COMES FIRST
The value people receive.
Our priority is to develop something useful, earn trust through its quality and give people real value for the time, information and money they choose to invest in our services.
A sustainable business allows us to maintain our tools, support users and continue developing. Revenue should grow from the benefit we provide. It should support the work and its quality, while keeping the user's needs central to our decisions.
01 / QUALITYCare in the details.
Quality shapes the requirements, the design, the testing and the support. A clear interface matters. So do accurate records, dependable workflows and the ability to recover information when something goes wrong.
We aim to test the behavior that matters in real use, document limitations and resolve problems before expanding a release. Each product has its own requirements and readiness checks.
02 / USEFUL DEVELOPMENTStart with the problem.
Our ideas grow from practical experience: information that is difficult to find, workflows that waste time, equipment that needs clearer records and questions that deserve a better tool.
We develop in stages so that each step can be tried, understood and improved. We want progress to become a useful result in someone's hands.
03 / OPENNESS & IMPROVEMENTListen openly. Keep improving.
We welcome different perspectives, constructive criticism and suggestions from users, customers, colleagues and technical reviewers. People should feel comfortable questioning our choices and proposing a better way.
When we get something wrong, we aim to acknowledge it, understand what happened and correct it. We value the evidence and the opportunity to improve, and take responsibility for revising decisions that do not serve users well.
Improvement is an ongoing part of our work. We review feedback, test proposed changes and carry what we learn into the next version of our products, services and working practices.
04 / TRUSTBe clear about the work.
People should understand what a product does, its current availability and the support they can expect. We describe development stages and capabilities plainly.
Responsible handling of customer information, appropriate access and tested recovery are part of the requirements we set for services that hold customer data.
THE ENGINEERING BACKGROUND
Built from experience
in the field.
Eng. Ebraheem Albitar
Founder & Product Lead · Biomedical Engineer
Eng. Ebraheem Albitar is a biomedical engineer and the founder of Grapes Medical. Since graduating in 2002, he has built his experience around medical equipment, maintenance and the practical needs of the people who use and support it.
His ideas grow from work in the field: helping clinics manage equipment, understanding technical problems and seeing where better information or a better tool could save time and improve a decision. At Grapes Medical, he brings that experience into the direction and requirements of each project.
He believes an idea earns its place through the benefit it delivers. His approach combines curiosity, close attention to technical detail and a willingness to reconsider a solution when testing or user feedback points to a better one...
ENGINEERING & COLLABORATION
Give each problem
the expertise it needs.
Our work is currently founder-led. We are building an approach to collaboration that brings biomedical engineering, software development, design and specialist review together as projects require.
As the company grows, our aim is to develop a multidisciplinary engineering team with clear responsibilities, documented decisions and a shared commitment to useful results. Technical contributions should be assessed through testing and review, regardless of where an idea begins.

WHY GRAPES?
Keep the result in view.
Grapes remind us to pursue the useful outcome. A vine also connects different clusters: each application or product has its own purpose, while growing from a shared engineering philosophy.
We Want the Grapes — Without Compromise.
For us, the grapes represent the outcome: meaningful solutions that make a real difference.
But achieving results is never an excuse to compromise on quality, safety, integrity, or professional responsibility.
We believe that how we achieve a result matters just as much as the result itself.
We seek the most effective, responsible, and reliable path forward — not shortcuts that put people, performance, or trust at risk.
We simplify where we can. We never compromise where it matters.

WHY A CAT?
Stay curious.
Look closely.
The cat represents observation, curiosity and the habit of asking why. Understanding often begins with noticing a detail or questioning an accepted way of doing things.
Curiosity starts the question. Engineering gives us a way to investigate it, test an idea and improve the result.

A useful conversation
can change the next version.
If you see a problem we have missed, or have an idea that could improve a workflow, we want to understand it.
