GRAPES MEDICAL
Website terms
Using this website and its previews
Reviewed: 1 November 2026. These terms describe the current informational website and its previews. They do not replace a signed service contract or application-specific terms.
Development stages and availability
Product pages distinguish prototypes, work under testing and future releases. A demonstration is not a promise of availability, commercial readiness or clinical validation. Creating an account does not enable an unreleased application; access is assigned separately.
Responsible use
Use accurate business information, protect your sign-in details and access only information you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, disrupt the service or submit another person’s confidential information without authorization.
Medical and maintenance decisions
This website does not provide an emergency service, a validated diagnosis or a substitute for a qualified professional. Prototype outputs and sample maintenance workflows must not be relied on as clinical clearance, proof of equipment safety or authorization to return a device to use.
Enquiries and professional relationships
Preparing an enquiry does not place an order, create a maintenance ticket or establish a service contract. Where a future application helps a clinic and a maintenance company communicate, the platform organizes communication; it does not compel either party to provide or accept a service. Obligations must be agreed between the relevant parties.
Free use and future charges
Any initial free-use period and its scope will be stated when the relevant application is offered. Any paid option will be announced before it takes effect, with the applicable terms provided before you choose it. This website does not charge you for creating a draft enquiry.
Content, links and questions
The Grapes Medical name, logo and original site materials identify our work. External links may lead to independently operated services or separate prototypes. If you find an error, an access problem or content you believe should be corrected, contact us using the company email. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
